SMS messaging program

Itano LLC operates an automated messaging service that uses SMS through Twilio to facilitate communications related to scheduling, agentic-assistant notifications, and administrative coordination for advisory, consulting, and personal-productivity purposes.

Opt-in. Mobile phone numbers are collected only when you knowingly provide them and affirmatively consent to receive SMS communications from us. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, service, or engagement.

Types of messages. Messages may include scheduling confirmations, reminders, notifications from automated assistants operated on your behalf or on behalf of an engaged client, and related administrative communications.

Frequency. Message frequency varies based on activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out and help. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. Reply HELP for assistance. After opting out, you will no longer receive messages from the program; we may send a final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed.

No sharing of mobile data. No mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in or consent data, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Carriers and service providers. SMS messages are delivered through Twilio and U.S. mobile carriers acting as our service providers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Cookies and analytics

This website may use a minimal set of cookies or similar technologies for essential site functionality and, where enabled, basic anonymous analytics. You may disable cookies through your browser settings; some features may not function as intended if you do.
