These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website and of Friday, a personal AI assistant, each operated by Itano LLC ("Itano," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the site or Friday, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
Acceptance and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Friday. By using Friday, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the authority to connect the accounts you authorize.
Informational purpose of this website
The content on this site is provided for general informational purposes. Nothing on this site constitutes legal, financial, medical, investment, or other professional advice, and no advisory or fiduciary relationship is created by your use of the site. Any engagement of Itano's advisory or consulting services is governed by a separate, signed written agreement.
Friday — service description
Friday is a personal AI assistant that acts on accounts you connect — such as Google, Dropbox, and Notion — at your direction. Friday can read, summarize, organize, and draft content from those accounts, and can take actions on them, subject to your approval.
Your accounts and authorization
When you connect an account to Friday, you authorize Friday to access and act on that account on your behalf, within the permissions you grant. You represent that you are entitled to connect each account and to authorize the access you grant. You are responsible for safeguarding your own credentials and for the activity that occurs under your connected accounts.
You may revoke Friday's access to any connected account at any time through that provider's settings, as described in our Privacy Policy.
AI output and your approval
Friday's outputs are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a given purpose. You are responsible for reviewing Friday's outputs before relying on or acting on them.
Friday will not send an email, write or modify a file, change a calendar event, or update a connected service unless you explicitly approve that action. You remain responsible for any action you approve.
Third-party services
Friday relies on third-party services, including Google, Dropbox, Notion, and Anthropic. Your use of those services through Friday is also governed by each provider's own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, design, code, graphics, and other materials, is owned by Itano LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any portion of the site without prior written permission.
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in a signed written agreement, all frameworks, methodologies, tools, software, templates, data models, and other work product developed by Itano LLC remain the sole and exclusive property of Itano LLC, including any pre-existing materials and any improvements or derivatives thereof.
The content within your connected accounts remains yours. Friday's access to that content does not transfer any ownership of it to Itano LLC.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site or Friday in any manner that is unlawful, infringes the rights of others, interferes with operation, attempts to gain unauthorized access to any systems, or otherwise violates these Terms.
SMS messaging
By providing a mobile phone number to Itano LLC and opting in to receive SMS communications, you agree to receive automated and recurring text messages from Itano LLC, including messages from automated agents operated on your behalf or for engaged clients. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase, service, or engagement. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary based on activity. This site may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We provide such links for convenience only and do not endorse, and are not responsible for, the content, products, or services of any third parties.
Disclaimers
This site, Friday, and their content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site or Friday will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Itano LLC and its affiliates, members, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with your use of this site or Friday, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Itano LLC and its members, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of Friday, the accounts you connect, or your violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or discontinue the site or Friday, in whole or in part, at any time. You may stop using Friday and revoke its access to your connected accounts at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will survive.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of this site or Friday shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above indicates the most recent revision. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
